Information to the parents candidates selected for Class – Pre- Nur to K.G

  • Affidavit (Original) in the name of Principal Noble Public School, Gajraula. It should include child’s name , date of birth , father’s name & mother’s name.
  • Photocopy of birth certificate of the child (State Government)
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the child.
  • Two coloured passport size photograph of the child.
  • One combined photograph of child along with the parents.

Information to the parents candidates selected for Class – I to IX

  • Photocopy of the Result Card of the Previous class.
  • Transfer Certificate (Original) .
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the child.
  • Two coloured passport size photograph of the child.
  • One combined photograph of child along with the parents.

Note :-

(i) It is mandatory to submit all the above mentioned documents at the time of Admission.

(ii) If the above mentioned documents are found to be incorrect or missing admission will lead to disqualification.
